Design
I am a web designer with an unmatched desire for blending creativity and functionality.
I have taken a few classes on web design/development, but most of my skills are self-taught. I am constantly learning and improving my skills, and always enjoy a challenge.
My slogan: "Simple, Direct, Effective" is the core of my work. I believe this allows my work to stand out among the masses even without flashy overdone decoration and gimmicks.

I am a highly motivated and dedicated IT professional with a passion for customer service and service improvement.
I have worked in the IT Support field since graduating South Hills in 2008, and have been committed to providing and enhancing customer service and IT operations. I have solved thousands of incidents/tickets with excellent customer service, timely resolutions, and have always strived to go above and beyond expectations.
Throughout my professional career I have also had numerous opportunities to work beyond my job duties, and have gained experience with: IT Management, Project Management, Server Administration, Server and Endpoint Virtualization, and more.
